Eligible ANZSIC classes
To be eligible for a grant under the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two July Extension, businesses must be registered as operating in an eligible ANZSIC class. If your primary business activity does not align with an eligible ANZSIC class, your business is not eligible for funding under this program.
We have assessed the information provided in your application against your business information on the Australian Business Register and found that the ANZSIC class referenced in your application did not match the ANZSIC class linked to your ABN registration.
If you believe your business genuinely operates in an eligible ANZSIC class and meets all eligibility criteria, please complete the following by the due date (provided in the email sent to you):
- Update your business information to the correct ANZSIC class on the Australian Business Register (ABR) website, following instructions in the how-to-guide. You should only change your ANZSIC class if your primary business activity matches the ANZSIC class you change to.
- Check that your details on the ABR website are correct and match the information provided in your application. This includes ensuring your 'Operating Location' linked to the ABR reflects the business location referenced in your application.
Authorised contact details
After careful consideration and upon checking the Australian Business Number (ABN) provided, your application was found to be ineligible. The authorised contact details for your business on the Australian Business Register (ABR) do not match the details in your application.
To be reassessed, please complete the following by the due date (provided in the email sent to you):
- Check the authorised contact details for your business on the Australian Business Register. Make sure the business owner, co-owner or authorised representative who submitted the application are listed.
