Losing the use of his legs in a work accident at the age of 21 didn’t stop James from learning from and building on the experience.
He has devoted his career to preventing workplace accidents by starting a business, CNBSafe, with his wife Vanessa.
CNBSafe organises and gives talks on workplace safety around Australia from their home office in Yarra Glen, Victoria. After following the advice of a mentor on the Small Business Bus, they’ve taken on a staff member and the business has grown.
