Business Victoria offers free online business advice sessions to help you start or grow your small business. The one-on-one sessions with a business expert will provide information on your business idea or how to grow your existing business.

Whether you're planning, starting or growing your business, Business Victoria can help you to develop your business ideas and capabilities.
A business expert will help to identify a clear direction for your business, discuss key issues and priorities, and develop a business action plan to achieve your goals, all for free. Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, the one-on-one sessions last 45-minutes and bookings are essential.
Please note that only one session is available for each business per 12-month period.

Anna is a tourism industry professional with a career spanning over two decades. She had developed and led many successful small businesses and now, through her consultancy business, coaches in the key areas of business planning, brand, marketing, communications, and industry development. Focus areas: Tourism, resilience training, business development, brand, marketing and communications. |
Karen Oliver
Karen has been a Regional Tourism Consultant for more than 10 years. She has extensive experience working with tourism operators to improve their business and the visitor experience they offer. Prior to starting her own business, Karen worked in market research and marketing roles within the banking sector, government the private sector. Focus areas: Tourism, business strategy, resilience training, product development and marketing strategies. |
Melissa Willcocks
Melissa is an experienced business owner, specialising in website design, marketing strategies, SEO, business planning, and social media. She educates business owners on the best marketing approach to build brand awareness and generate more sales. Melissa works with a wide range of businesses and industries at various stages from startups to established businesses.
