The Small Business Digital Adaptation Program is reopening for applications, giving Victorian small businesses the chance to improve their online presence.

The Digital Adaptation Program allows small businesses to access digital tools to improve aspects of their business such as websites, online marketing tools, cash flow services, project management systems and stocktake systems.

As part of the program, businesses can trial participating software applications such as Mr Yum, Square, Shopify, MYOB, XERO and Squarespace, while receiving product-specific support and training. Once the trial has finished, businesses can then apply for a rebate of up to $1200 to continue using the product, while receiving product support and advice.

The program was developed to help businesses arm themselves with digital skills and better respond to changes brought about by the coronavirus (COVID‑19) pandemic.

Applications for the second round of the Small Business Digital Adaptation Program close on 5 December 2021.
