The digital Veterans Card and Seniors Card or, digital Seniors Business Discount Card, have been launched by Service Victoria.

Staff dealing directly with customers can expect more digital cards to be presented to them. Each digital card still has the same look as the previous ones, so it remains recognisable to avoid any confusion.

Businesses and organisations only need to scan the secure, dynamic QR code on any digital card to make sure it is valid. The digital cards are quick and easy and stored on the recipients Service Victoria app, in the mobile wallet.
