18 May 2026
National Reconciliation Week, which runs from Wednesday 27 May to Wednesday 3 June 2026, is a time to reflect on shared histories, cultures and achievements and to take meaningful steps toward reconciliation.
For Victorian small business owners, it’s also a chance to connect values with action, by building stronger staff engagement, customer trust and community connections.
This year’s theme, ‘All In’, speaks to something simple but powerful – reconciliation works when everyone shows up for it, every day.
How small businesses can get involved
The ‘All In’ theme encourages participation at every level. Small, thoughtful actions can have a real impact.
