If you've tried friendly reminders, overdue reminders and final notices for overdue payments, try to make direct contact with your customer.

If there's still no payment or response, consider visiting the customer in person to ask for payment. If your previous contact has been via email, you could try phoning them instead.

This could help you to develop a personal relationship with the customer that might be useful for future payments.
