Program overview
The Live Performance Support Program (Suppliers) Round Two provided grants to eligible contracted suppliers affected by the cancellation or postponement of events as a result of lockdowns and public health restrictions between 11:59pm on 27 May 2021 and 11:59 on 2 September 2021.
Suppliers included those contracted to provide goods or services to a live performance event and may include performers, crew, technicians, venue owners and engineers.
Suppliers were able to apply for either $200 or $500 per event, depending on the level of loss or unrecoverable costs incurred. Support was available for up to 20 events through Round One and Round Two of the program. There was a cap of $4000 in total support per applicant across the two rounds of the program.
In response to industry feedback, the eligibility and requirements for Round Two of the Live Performance Support Program (Suppliers) differed from the first round of the program, which closed on 16 July 2021.

The program opened for application from Wednesday, 18 August 2021 and closed at 11:59pm on Wednesday, 8 September 2021. Applicants can expect to be notified about the outcome of their application by Wednesday 29 September 2021.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Program, a business must:
- be in Victoria
- hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) registered in Victoria and have held that ABN from 27 May 2021
- be registered as operating in an industry sector in the List of Eligible ANZSIC classes (as defined by the ANZSIC class linked to the business’s ABN)
- have as its principal activity the supply of goods and services to Live Performance Events
- be trading solvently at the time of application
- gain consent from the relevant event’s presenter to share their business and contact details in the application.

Grant amount
Applicants were able to apply for a grant of $200 or $500 per event, depending on losses or unrecoverable costs incurred.
Support was available for up to 20 events per applicant through Round One and Round Two of the program. There was a cap of $4000 per applicant across the two rounds of the program.
Applicants who had received funding through the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two or Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 were not eligible for support under this program.
