The Multicultural Business Skills Fund Grant Program supports business associations to deliver training in 4 key business areas:

  • Strategic skills – including planning to grow your business, marketing, rules for running a business, and dealing with change and challenges.
  • Administration skills – including financial record keeping, project management, contract management, managing suppliers and meeting regulations.
  • People skills – including hiring and training staff, effective communication, customer service and managing remote work.
  • Technology skills – including digital systems, artificial intelligence (AI), e-commerce and staying safe online.
